DBA’s Civils Department was involved in the design of site-wide levels and drainage, while the Structures Department provided the structural design and SER certification for the project.

The development consists of a four-storey office block featuring a braced steel frame, concrete composite upper floor slabs, and curtain wall glazing. The lower ground floor incorporated a reinforced concrete spine retaining wall with complex waterproofing and tanking details. The building was founded on reinforced concrete pad foundations with localised trench fill.

Project Timescale: The project commenced in 2017 and was completed in 2021.
