About Dougall Baillie Associates

Dougall Baillie Associates has been operating in the Construction Industry for over 40 years and throughout this period we have grown from the founding partners, Willard Dougall and George Baillie, to a complement of over 40 dedicated and dynamic Engineers.

We value our Clients and the volume of repeat business is a good indication that the feeling is mutual.

Our staff turnover is very low for the industry, which means that our Clients always have familiar faces and continuity of contacts. This allows us to invest heavily in our employees, providing ongoing training, personal and professional development, something which has been imbedded in our company from the start.
