Stuart is a Director with Dougall Baillie Associates and has over 20 years’ experience in Traffic and Transportation Engineering.

Stuart joined DBA in 1997 as a graduate Civil Engineer where he was involved in the detailed design of residential roads and drainage schemes before moving to the Transport department. Stuart went onto specialise in transportation planning and assessment for both public and private sector clients.

Stuart graduated from the University of Strathclyde with BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, Stuart is also a Chartered Engineer and is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
