Scott is a Director with Dougall Baillie Associates and has over 20 years’ experience in Civil Engineering, he joined DBA as a graduate engineer and has since gained widespread expertise across the industry in Transportation, Civil Engineering and Water Management.

Scott graduated from the University of Strathclyde with BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering, and is also a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

Scott has developed expertise in complex computer modelling and simulation techniques with extensive experience of design for large multi-disciplinary programmes of work in Scotland along with Project and Site Management for both Private and Public-sector clients.
