Fergus is Managing Director of Dougall Baillie Associates and has over 25 years’ experience in Civil Engineering and Water Management. Fergus is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and in 2003 he graduated Strathclyde Business School with an MBA.

Fergus fully supports the development of all staff in the Civil Engineering department and the company, acting as DBA’s Training Manager among his other duties. He has directed and managed significant multi-disciplinary programmes of work in Scotland.

Fergus is also an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety and oversees the company’s Principal Designer roles.
