Colin is an Associate with Dougall Baillie Associates and has been with Dougall Baillie Associates since Graduation in 2008 from University of West Scotland with BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with Project Management.

Colin has subsequently completed a MSc in Transport Planning from Edinburgh Napier University in 2011. Colin is a graduate member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.

Colin’s experience extends to transportation planning and advice on a range of residential and major commercial projects.
