Alan is a Director with Dougall Baillie Associates and has over 18 years’ experience in Structural Engineering. Alan graduated from the University of Glasgow with BSc in Civil Engineering, and graduated from the University of Strathclyde with MSc in Computer Aided Engineering Design.

Alan is a Chartered Engineer and an Approved Certifier of Design (Building Structures). He has worked on numerous residential, health, retail and commercial developments throughout Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England for both private and public-sector clients.
