DBA attends STEMette event at Calderglen High School
DBA have recently participated in a STEMette event held by Calderglen High School. The event was attended by our STEM Ambassador, Ross Cameron accompanied by Claire Kirk, one of our Civil Engineering Technicians. The purpose of this event was to engage with S2 girls and increase their awareness of careers related to the Science; Technology; Engineering, and Maths sectors, and to encourage more young women to consider this path for their future. Ross and Claire volunteered for this workshop to share their knowledge and experiences with the young pupils, which was well received.
