On Friday 24th October, our team came together for a special teambuilding day to celebrate the company’s 40th anniversary. Throughout the day, we took on a series of challenges in mixed teams, helping us connect across departments and strengthen collaboration.
Each task helped us earn “funds” to buy the materials needed to recreate a piece of the company logo. Every staff member designed their own large puzzle piece from a miniature version they were given, and when we brought them all together, we revealed our very own “Big Picture” – a symbol of the teamwork that drives DBA forward.
A great day celebrating 40 years of working together, with many more to come!
Thanks to BlueSky Experiences for helping us put together the activity and for the amazing participation from all staff.
