DBA are delighted to announce that following a recent review by the Institution of Civil Engineers, that Paul Ross has now achieved the status of Chartered Engineer.

This is a great milestone for Paul, and confirms his commitment to the profession, and his efforts over the past few years. In his role as a Senior Engineer with Dougall Baillie, he has shown real enthusiasm toward his own development, and that of  others.
