Dougall Baillie Associates

Dougall Baillie Associates have been operating in the Construction Industry for over 30 years and throughout this period we have grown from the founding partners, Willard Dougall and George Baillie, to a complement of over 35 dedicated and dynamic Engineers.

Our expansion throughout the years has been relatively gradual to suit our steadily increasing portfolio. This growth has largely come from the lasting relationships and repeat business from our clients which allows us to develop in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs and provide a tailored service and approach. We value our Clients and the volume of repeat business is good indication that the feeling is mutual. Our staff turnover is very low for the industry, which means that our Clients always have familiar faces and continuity of contacts. This allows us to invest heavily in our employees, providing ongoing training, personal and professional development, something which has been imbedded in our company from the start.

We pride ourselves in having a considerable level of management involvement in our projects, which ensures that a Director oversees each project from start to finish which allows us to maintain our reputation of a high-quality service.
